Job Purpose:
The primary role of this position is to deliver an unmatched experience to both internal and external customers through consistently achieving sales and customer service targets. The Sales Manager must demonstrate a deep knowledge of the brand, and its products and effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential customers. The Sales Manager is also responsible for managing a team of sales advisors and guiding them to hit sales targets and deliver unmatched customer experiences.                                                                                                                    
Job Duties:                                                                                                                                                                         
  • Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed agreed sales targets.                                
  • Deliver on agreed monthly sales targets by brand.                                            
  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure inventory pipeline and specs are in line with market demands.                                           
  • Monitor and respond to fleet contract requests (both private and government).                                 
  • Consistently and accurately update our PBS CRM system to ensure effective customer relationship management and accuracy of deals as they flow through the sales pipeline.                          
  • Ensure timely responses to customer requests.                                  
  • Handle escalated customer concerns or complaints and resolve them efficiently.                                 
  • Provide customers with quotations and information as necessary and in a timely manner.                               
  • Coordinate new vehicle handover and preparations for delivery.                                 
  • Foster a collaborative, motivated, high-performing sales team.                                    
  • Manage Sales Advisors and ensure they are given all necessary tools and/or training to be successful.                                       
  • Build relationships with finance and insurance providers to optimize the sales process.                    
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors as needed to facilitate customers' service needs or any other needs within reason.                                
  • Ensure deep knowledge of all brand's product lines as well as key features and benefits.            
  • Coordinate and execute displays and activations at company-hosted or 3rd party sales/marketing events.
