Job Title: Driver/Porter
Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient flow of goods and maintain a well-organized workspace, directly supporting our sales team and enhancing the customer experience. This involves delivering and merchandising goods, performing errands, and completing in-house maintenance tasks.

Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient flow of goods and maintain a well-organized workspace, directly supporting our sales team and enhancing the customer experience. This involves delivering and merchandising goods, performing errands, and completing in-house maintenance tasks.
Job Duties:
- Perform all duties consistent with the company's customer service image in a professional and courteous manner.
- Check goods carefully, ensure discrepancies are noted/corrected, and verify orders with the receiver to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure orders have clear delivery instructions to fulfill duties in a timely manner.
- Promptly contact the relevant external sales representative with any issues with customer orders.
- Provide superior service and maintain a good working relationship with all resellers, helping them maximize sales and increase sales volumes of Automotive Art products.
- Assist with the picking of goods in the warehouse.
- Ensure that a proper level of stock is maintained at reseller outlets.
- Ensure that Automotive Art merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and optimal shelf placement.
- Monitor sales volume and inspect inventory levels at all outlets.
- Maintain in-store promotional materials throughout promotional periods.
- Ensure that clerical duties and errands are completed with care, including proper signatures, receipts, and follow-through for credit notes.
- Maintain due care and control of any vehicle driven and report any damages or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
- Fulfill support responsibilities assigned by the accountant or management team, including bill payments, check collection, and bank transactions.
- Perform basic in-house building maintenance.
- Provide miscellaneous support to the accounts, administrative, warehouse, and retail departments as needed.
- Report to the Warehouse Supervisor before and after completing delivery tasks.
- Maintain regular contact with the Warehouse Supervisor and external sales representatives to maximize efficiency.
- Responsibly load and handle all goods in care.
