JOB PURPOSE                                                                                                                        Responsible for installing, repairing and servicing tyres, wheels and batteries on customer's vehicles as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager in a prompt, professional manner. Also responsible for balancing wheels and performing wheel alignments.

DUTIES                                                                                                                                 
  • Promptly and accurately process orders.         
  • Conduct inspections on completion of service that are to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Acquire and maintain a thorough technical job and product knowledge.              
  • Responsible for ensuring the work environment, equipment and tools are clean and maintained in proper working order as per franchise procedures.             
  • Responsible for ensuring all stock needed to accurately and efficiently complete services are in stock at all times. This includes taking inventory, identifying missing stock, restocking products and placing timely replenishment requests with Management.                             
  • Solicit sales of products or services by “suggestive”, “related item" or “substitute” and or up-selling techniques as appropriate.                                 
  • Develop and maintain a team working relationship based on mutual respect for other employees                               
  • Adhere strictly to all franchise service, housekeeping, security, safety, code of conduct, uniform standards, operating practices and other rules and policies as developed or amended from time to time.                                             
  • Performing duties in a safe manner.                                              
  • Provide highest standard of courteous service to each customer whether it be internal or external.
